Lead Epicor Kinetic administration and business-systems analysis to stabilize, support, and improve ERP operations across multi-site manufacturing. Lead Defense quality engineering across multiple sites, ensuring AS9100-compliant QMS, audit readiness, supplier quality, root-cause corrective actions, and alignment to enterprise quality architecture for defense hardware and programs.

Supports design for manufacturability, develops and validates production processes, and leads workflow planning and production-line setup. Designs complex fixtures, tools, and inspection gages; coordinates material and resource planning; solves technical problems; and collaborates across engineering and production teams. Mentors junior manufacturing engineers and drives quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Supports manufacturing process development for complex composite aerospace products. Responsibilities include tooling design, fabrication and process documentation, producibility analysis, customer updates, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and pricing and lead-time estimates for RFQs and RFIs. The role requires interpreting engineering specifications, blueprints, GD&T, and composite manufacturing methods while managing multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Leads mechanical aerospace development engineering from concept through deployment, including test planning, prototype development, instrumentation, data analysis, test reporting, customer engagement, proposals, and technical risk reduction. Supports schedule, budget, and technical performance objectives while mentoring junior engineers. Requires aerospace or defense experience, mechanical or aerospace engineering expertise, SolidWorks, GD&T, test leadership, and a current or obtainable DoD Secret clearance.

Administer and manage contracts from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD requirements. Review, negotiate, and execute contract terms, maintain contract files, coordinate with program management, accounting, and supply chain, and serve as primary contract point of contact for customers and prime contractors. Track deliverables, report contract status, manage risks, and support audits and customer portal documentation.

Supports quality engineering across aerospace design, development, testing, qualification, and production. Develops quality plans, inspection methodologies, customer review materials, and technical data packages. Performs in-process and AS9102 inspections, reviews purchase-order quality flow-downs, resolves corrective actions and nonconformances, leads root-cause investigations, and assesses supply-chain risk. Ensures aerospace structures and systems meet technical, contractual, certification, and quality requirements.

Leads full-cycle benefits administration, including eligibility, billing, compliance, Open Enrollment, vendor management, and employee communications. Manages broker, carrier, TPA, PBM, wellness, EAP, and mental health vendor relationships. Supports transitions to self-funded plans, plan performance analysis, M&A due diligence and integrations, benefits strategy, RFPs, and ADP Workforce Now configuration. Partners with HR and finance to evaluate plan design, audit billing, assess claims, and maintain regulatory compliance.
