Design, analyze, and support aerospace flight structures with emphasis on advanced composite components. Create CAD models and drawings, define BOMs and manufacturing/QA requirements, perform mechanical calculations and GD&T, support testing and production, provide customer technical support, and mentor junior engineers.

Support design-to-production transition with focus on producibility, process development, tooling and inspection gages, generating BOMs and work instructions, prototype builds, production support, and material/resource planning.

Support mechanical system development for aerospace and defense programs through conceptual design, prototyping, test planning/execution, data collection/analysis, and demonstration. Assist multidisciplinary teams across design verification, fabrication, and system testing while contributing to proposals and project performance.

Design, develop, and analyze analog and digital circuits and PCBs for space and defense systems. Create schematics, PCB layouts, harnesses, BOMs, and test documentation. Support test activities, perform circuit reliability analyses, select components, and coordinate across procurement, manufacturing, and test to ensure producible, reliable mission hardware.

Lead and grow manufacturing engineering across sites to optimize processes, tooling, and production readiness for complex aerospace products. Drive continuous improvement, NPI readiness, process validation, PFMEAs, and cross-functional alignment with operations, quality, programs, and supply chain. Evaluate automation and capital investments, report KPIs, and support audits and customer requirements.
