Supports product designs from development through production by assessing producibility, validating manufacturing processes, developing tooling and inspection gauges, creating bills of materials and work instructions, planning workflows and resources, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting prototype builds and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams in a fabrication and assembly environment.

Leads complex composites manufacturing engineering efforts for aerospace components, including producibility analysis, conceptual design, tooling development, manufacturing documentation, process controls, customer reviews, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and RFQ/RFI proposals. Lead program planning and execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives for mechanical and pyrotechnic aerospace systems. Manage customer interactions, track progress and deliverables, support proposal writing and business development, and ensure documentation of system requirements and contract deliverables.
