Lead and mentor software controls teams for EV systems (propulsion, energy storage, body, thermal). Drive architecture and C/C++ development, code reviews, test automation, fleet telemetry analysis, and cross-functional delivery while applying ISO 26262 safety practices and embedded deployment lifecycle management.

Implement and validate low-level embedded software for vehicle systems (battery, energy, power distribution). Design reliable embedded architectures, develop DC/DC and fault detection features, write automated Unit/SIL/HIL tests, and collaborate with systems and test engineers to define, validate, and debug algorithms.

Manage ECU NPI material readiness by coordinating with suppliers, PCBA contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams. Track BOM procurement, issue and monitor purchase orders and invoices, produce material readiness and risk reports, drive mitigation strategies, and oversee budget roll-ups for R&D CapEx/OpEx.

Support diagnostics and move R&D features into product.

Develop and maintain performance-sensitive embedded telematics software using Modern C++ or Rust. Implement and test communication protocols (NATs, MQTT, HTTPS, gRPC), protobuf serialization, mTLS security, and Yocto-based Linux builds. Optimize for resource-constrained systems, collaborate with cross-functional and cloud teams, and produce robust unit tests.

Design, develop, debug, and test Android-based user-facing applications (e.g., Navigation, Media). Collaborate with product and UI/UX teams, write test code, and ensure app quality, robustness, and performance during a full-time fall internship.

Partner with CTO and COO organizations to lead compensation planning, leveling, talent development, org design, HR transformation, and provide hands-on coaching and operational HR support for global tech teams.

Lead delivery of 2–3 concurrent enterprise IT programs end-to-end. Manage planning, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, Jira program boards, cross-functional dependencies, vendor SOWs, and PMO standards. Run weekly syncs, produce status updates, and mentor junior PMs while building PMO frameworks and processes.

Perform vehicle-level functional safety analyses for ADAS, including HARA, DFMEA, and FTA; derive FSRs/TSRs; create and support safety test cases; maintain requirements traceability; consult and review system/component engineering for ISO 26262 compliance.

Design and document comprehensive test cases for battery and energy management systems; perform SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level validation; analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet telemetry; collaborate with embedded engineers to debug, calibrate, and validate BMS features; plan and coordinate test assets and environmental testing.
