Leads the strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of WME Group’s global finance technology ecosystem, primarily SAP S/4HANA/ECC and related applications. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, and Technology teams to modernize systems, improve controls, automate processes, manage integrations and data governance, and enhance reporting. Oversees application teams, transformation programs, vendors, system integrators, budgets, releases, governance, and global stakeholders.

Provide comprehensive executive support to WME’s President of Brand Strategy and Senior Partner. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting, inbox oversight, office logistics, event support, meeting notes, follow-up communications, and research. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and flexibility while collaborating with internal teams, assistants, agency partners, and clients. This is an office-based position requiring attendance five days per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability.

Provide high-volume administrative support to the global head of Books Business Affairs: scheduling, phone support, file and contract precedent management, contract administration, deal logs, and relationship management with agents, clients, and executives in a fast-paced publishing/legal environment.

Provides creative and operational support for talent photography, model portfolios, digital asset archiving, and global workflow management. Reviews and organizes assets in Mediaslide, captures and lightly retouches model images, maintains portfolios and model cards, supports custom presentations, and trains teams on archiving processes. The role also improves digital asset management systems and workflows, collaborates across creative and marketing teams, and anticipates asset needs for fashion events and campaigns.

Lead day-to-day brand account management for entertainment clients, coordinate internal teams, oversee budgets and workflows, develop creative briefs and pitches, manage talent and studio relationships, support business development, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.

Provide on-site AV support for live events, meetings and conference rooms: setup/teardown, live mixing, troubleshooting AV systems, coordinate with vendors and global AV team, maintain conference room computers, and support company-wide events with strong customer service.

Serve as FP&A business partner to Film Sales, owning agency revenue planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Provide analysis, scenario modeling, executive reporting, cross-functional partnership, and process improvements to drive forecast accuracy and support commercial decisions.

Lead development and execution of talent partnerships for global consumer brands, overseeing full lifecycle from strategy and talent sourcing to negotiation, execution, and post-campaign measurement. Provide strategic counsel on talent selection and risk, manage SAG-related negotiations, liaise with cross-functional teams and clients, oversee budgets, mentor staff, and support business development.

Support WME TV Business Affairs by tracking and issuing package letters, maintaining precedent databases, reviewing and negotiating scripted and non-scripted agreements, managing grids/checklists/forms, and completing special projects and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

Provide administrative support to IMG Models business leaders: manage calls and email triage, scheduling and calendar updates, travel coordination, expense reporting, project assistance, and maintain portfolio and booking logs. Conduct industry research and handle ad-hoc tasks to support shifting business needs.
