Lead reputation management and earned media strategies for sustainability-focused clients: media relations, crisis and issues communications, trend monitoring (including AI-driven risks), business development support, and performance analysis to protect and grow client reputations.

Support NEPA environmental assessments and impact statements, conduct ecological field surveys and data collection, prepare technical reports and permitting documentation, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, and deliver project work within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Supports environmental consulting projects through NEPA environmental assessments, impact statements, ecological and wetland surveys, data collection, literature reviews, permitting, and technical report preparation. The role collaborates with project managers, clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams while providing technical support for land use planning, facility siting, risk assessment, and water resources management. Frequent travel to client locations is required.

Conduct asbestos sampling and clearance monitoring for environmental construction, demolition, remediation, and contaminated-site projects. Implement health and safety plans, oversee PPE and decontamination procedures, lead safety briefings, document samples and compliance activities, monitor site conditions, and exercise stop-work authority when hazards arise. The role also supports air compliance, production safety, incident prevention, and broader industrial hygiene consulting across California.

Supports strategic communications and stakeholder engagement projects through media monitoring, stakeholder research, database management, reporting, content development, public meeting coordination, community outreach, and administrative project support. The role also manages communication channels, coordinates vendors and events, tracks public feedback, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid consulting environment.

Support environmental compliance projects by preparing permits, plans, and reports (hazardous waste, air, stormwater, NPDES, wastewater, EPCRA/TRI), conducting compliance assessments, compiling data, and assisting project managers to deliver client solutions and on-site support.
