Lead and build a scalable capture function for DoD pursuits: create processes, tools, team structure, and metrics; run end-to-end capture for high‑priority opportunities, develop win strategies, conduct competitive analysis and Black/White Hat exercises, and align capture efforts with BD, technical SMEs, proposals, pricing, contracting, and leadership.

Implement, install, configure, and customize Teamcenter/TCRA solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs, lead architecture for product-domain solutions, support project management, develop reports/dashboards, and guide customers through deployment and post-production support.

Design, implement, configure and administer PTC Windchill PLM solutions. Support integrations, data migrations, system performance tuning, documentation, training, and stakeholder requirements to enable digital transformation.
