Develops and optimizes welding and fabrication processes for custom stainless-steel equipment. Responsibilities include designing tooling and fixtures, commissioning equipment, improving workflows through Lean practices, supporting production troubleshooting, creating work instructions, reviewing drawings, ensuring manufacturability and quality, and conducting root cause analysis. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, fabrication, and project management teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.

Manage, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera. Produce forecasts, resource-load schedules, labor projections, and EVM reporting. Coordinate stakeholders, incorporate scope changes, perform weekly updates, and ensure on-time delivery.

Performs mechanical design, analysis, and fabrication support for complex manufacturing projects. Creates 3D models, 2D drawings, P&IDs, calculations, and NQA-1 documentation. Coordinates with manufacturing for DFM/DFA, supports procurement, develops production travelers, and oversees factory/site acceptance testing and installations. May lead small teams and contribute to standards, estimating, and continuous improvement.
