Manage corporate accounting for a multi-entity organization including master bank reconciliations (sweep/ZBA), fixed assets, prepaids, expense allocations, intercompany cash and reconciliations, payroll GL entries and cost analysis, insurance allocations, debt/interest, deferred seller note and earnout schedules, consolidation workbook and cash flow models, recurring journal entries, process improvements, and ad hoc technical accounting projects.

Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns; lead tax planning and advisory engagements; supervise and coach engagement teams; manage client relationships, budgets, timelines, and support business development.

Provide tax and audit support including preparing federal and state tax returns, researching tax issues, preparing year-end tax projections, assisting with tax planning, planning assurance engagements, preparing financial statements, performing testing procedures, and helping resolve client financial reporting issues.

Lead strategic HR initiatives for partner firms, including succession planning, org design, change management, executive coaching, complex employee relations, HR metrics and workforce planning. Partner with regional leaders and recruiting on budgeting, integrations, and high-visibility cross-firm programs to drive leadership capability and operating model improvements.

Manage Client Accounting Services engagements, oversee month-end close, review financial statements and reconciliations, lead and coach accounting staff, serve as primary client contact, manage workflows and resource allocation, and support process improvements and best practices implementation.

Lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. Manage and review complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, and S-corporation returns; provide proactive tax, estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning; serve as primary client relationship manager; research complex issues; coordinate timely engagements; mentor and develop tax staff; and identify service and tax position improvements.
