Leads the finance and accounting function, supervising staff, overseeing payroll, check runs, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, distributions, contracts, internal controls, and accounting policies. The Controller prepares financial models, drives process and software improvements, manages cross-functional projects, supports healthcare revenue-cycle analysis, and advises the CFO and physician shareholders.
