Manage day-to-day HR functions including HRIS maintenance, recruiting and onboarding, employee records and compliance (I-9/E-Verify), training assignment and audits, badge/parking coordination, benefits/immunization tracking, and supporting employee experience and documentation. Partner with IT and leadership to ensure smooth new-hire orientation and offboarding processes.
