Participate in a four-year rotational engineering development program supporting capital projects, stormwater, transportation, public utilities, and planning. Perform design tasks, plan reviews, field inspections, technical reports, specifications, coordination with stakeholders, and present findings while pursuing EI/PE licensure under mentorship.

Supervise daily operations, staff, and programs at Woodmere Park; plan, coordinate, and execute division-wide special events; manage budgets, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests; ensure CAPRA/ACA standards, safety, and high customer service; conduct training, evaluations, and post-event assessments.

Review and process land use applications, rezonings, special exceptions, comprehensive plan amendments, and large-scale developments. Manage development reviews, lead complex planning projects, prepare reports, and present to advisory boards and the Board of County Commissioners. Mentor junior staff (Planner III), collaborate across teams, and support strategic planning initiatives.
