Lead business operations for Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources including budget and financial management, procurement and contract oversight, reservations and campground operations, volunteer program management, process and system improvements, community partnerships, and reporting. Direct staff, oversee major contracts and revenue-generating concessions, develop policy and fraud prevention controls, and support strategic planning and departmental goals.

Participate in a four-year rotational engineering development program supporting capital projects, stormwater, transportation, public utilities, and planning. Perform design tasks, plan reviews, field inspections, technical reports, specifications, coordination with stakeholders, and present findings while pursuing EI/PE licensure under mentorship.
