Apply advanced data science and ML techniques to national security problems: curate, transform, analyze large SIGINT/RF/PROFORMA datasets; build reproducible analytics, models, and visualizations; automate workflows and optimize data pipelines; communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop scalable, secure data-driven solutions, perform reverse engineering, forensics, vulnerability research, penetration testing, modeling, and operational support for Computer Network Operations to enable offensive and defensive national security outcomes.

Develop and maintain containerized application deployment pipelines and Helm charts. Implement GitOps workflows, CI/CD automation, secrets management, and Kubernetes deployments. Collaborate with engineering teams on integration, testing, documentation, and reusable deployment templates while supporting infrastructure automation and troubleshooting.

Lead systems engineering across full lifecycle for complex hardware/software systems: derive requirements, design architectures (DoDAF/SOA), manage interfaces, integration, verification, risk mitigation, configuration control, and support testing, deployment, and sustainment while coordinating with government stakeholders and program leadership.

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex, mission-critical software for processing-intensive analytics, real-time systems, and large-scale data environments. Collaborate on architecture, integration of COTS/GOTS, troubleshoot defects, produce documentation, and support deployment and sustainment in secure environments.

Manage, integrate, and automate enterprise software productivity and configuration management tools. Administer ClearCase/ClearQuest and JIRA, develop automation scripts, maintain requirements repositories, perform backups and troubleshooting, produce technical documentation, and provide training and tool integration support across engineering and infrastructure teams.
