Lead and build Rainmaker’s People operating system: org design, workforce planning, HR operations, performance management, compensation, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and people analytics. Partner with executives to scale structure, manager effectiveness, and culture while implementing practical, scalable HR systems and processes for a fast-moving technical organization.

Lead business development for New Mexico state government accounts, driving revenue through appropriations, grants, contracts, and pilot programs. Cultivate legislative and agency relationships, shape policy and budgets, coordinate public/private partnerships, manage capture plans and pipelines, support cross-functional proposal development, and organize demonstrations and events to advance precipitation enhancement and water resource programs.

Design, prototype, and test high-velocity nozzle and multiphase dispersion systems for aerosols and dry powders; develop pneumatic/fluidic architectures, integrate lightweight UAS payloads, iterate based on droplet/particle size data, and perform hands-on machining and fabrication under aerospace SWaP constraints.
