Lead Weezie’s experiential marketing calendar across launches, dinners, seasonal activations, trunk shows, brand trips, pop-ups, and community events. Own event concepts, styling, vendors, budgets, staffing, guest experience, on-site production, and post-event insights. Build recurring community programming, collaborate with Brand, Creative, Social, and Growth teams, and serve as a polished brand representative. The role requires frequent travel and hybrid work in Atlanta.

Own and grow a portfolio of national retail partners, driving distribution, sell-through, forecasts, and account-level strategy. Lead onboarding, EDI compliance, order flow, and cross-functional execution. Represent the brand at trade events, analyze inventory and performance, negotiate account terms, and scale dropship/marketplace channels to meet revenue and margin KPIs.
