Lead Enrollment growth for applied bachelor programs through direct-to-student recruitment and B2B employer partnerships. Develop data-driven recruitment strategies, manage Salesforce recruitment lifecycle and dashboards, lead and train a recruiter team, negotiate articulation agreements, oversee operations for credit transfer and pre-enrollment, run outreach/events and media engagement, and ensure seamless collaboration with Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Success.

Lead baccalaureate enrollment growth by designing data-informed recruitment strategies, building employer and articulation partnerships, managing Salesforce-based lead lifecycle and analytics, hiring and coaching recruiters, overseeing operations and prospect experience, and executing outreach/events to meet enrollment goals.

Advise and support baccalaureate students to improve retention and completion. Register students, monitor billing and participation, assist with financial aid and career preparation, maintain communication records in Stratus/Salesforce, perform outreach to active and stopped-out students, de-escalate concerns, support term starts, contribute to retention strategies, and participate in events and evening call rotations.

Develop an asynchronous undergraduate course on digital productivity tools by advising on scope and outcomes, selecting and designing accessible content and applied assignments, translating workplace workflows into student-facing materials, and collaborating with academic leadership and learning designers to ensure inclusive, practical curriculum.

Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions; translate business requirements into architecture and integrations; build Apex/LWC customizations; manage integrations with third-party systems; lead deployments, testing, documentation, governance, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and manage enterprise records operations including switchboard, mailroom, transcript evaluation, backend data entry, list management, and print shop. Ensure data quality, FERPA compliance, timely fulfillment, process documentation, cross-unit support, audits, and continuous improvement to support enrollment, advancement, and student services.

Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, scanning/e-filing, mail processing, switchboard and inbound/outbound student calls, report generation, reconciliations, and administrative support. Serve as subject-matter expert for assigned information systems, identify process improvements, and support cross-functional Enterprise Records tasks while using digital and AI tools to enhance productivity.

Develop asynchronous undergraduate course on cross-cultural collaboration: select and design content, create applied assignments on cultural self-awareness, communication, conflict resolution, and trust-building; collaborate with academic leadership and learning designers; ensure inclusivity, cultural humility, and clear student-facing materials for remote learners.

Administer and maintain student financial aid programs and systems, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional policies, perform needs analysis, packaging, verification, loan processing and certification, counsel staff and students on aid and billing matters, manage communications and documentation, assist in publications and procedure development, perform outreach, and support reporting and record-keeping.
