Project-based COO responsible for coordinating the RACP Grant and OSBNB opening. Duties include compliance tracking, licensing applications, regulatory filings, agreement sign-offs, vendor and partner coordination, budget and expenditure tracking, project timelines, leadership support, and Board search committee liaison work. The position concludes after designated workstreams are completed and requires the ability to lift at least 15 pounds.

Supports OSB’s development and communications team by creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, engaging with followers, applying accessibility best practices, capturing event photos and videos, analyzing metrics, collaborating on mission-focused storytelling, and assisting with marketing and communications projects.
