Manage accounting staff and operations including month- and year-end close, audits, tax filings, financial statements, internal controls, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee AP/AR/billing systems, maintain chart of accounts, support financial systems, coach and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on analysis and budget strategy.
