Seek a .NET developer with ~7+ years experience (banking experience preferred). Work with .NET backend, AngularJS front-end (v2 or v4), JSON, jQuery, and SQL. Role may later transition to Spring/Struts technologies. Contract (12+ months) at Charlotte, NC or Reading, PA.

Design and implement a marijuana-focused data warehouse and reusable APIs (Mulesoft). Identify data gaps, define system enhancements and governance, develop ETL/ingestion workflows, design APIs and integrations, evaluate visualization/analytics engines, and publish data to the state open data portal while collaborating with state agencies and system engineers.

Lead QA activities: translate business requirements into test cases, build test systems, design and execute tests using formal techniques (equivalence partitioning, pairwise), document results, report defects and status to development teams, and support overall test strategy.

Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications. Analyze, design, code, unit test, debug, and support COBOL/DB2 batch processes, implement configuration changes, and produce technical/user documentation.

Configure and support site-to-site VPNs on Cisco ASA firewalls; work with data center LAN/WAN technologies; manage tasks and schedules; provide excellent customer service and teamwork; accommodate occasional regional travel. Preferred: Firemon, Cisco ACS 5.x, CCIE Security.

Manage and deliver SAP BusinessObjects reporting projects: design reporting architecture, develop universes/reports/dashboards, support data warehouse design, test and implement solutions, mentor users, maintain/upgrade BO components, coordinate with admins, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders.

Design and execute formal test designs (Equivalence Class Partitioning, Pairwise Analysis), translate business requirements into test cases, build tests into test systems, document and support test scenarios and execution, report defects and status to development teams. Prefer healthcare (Medicaid) domain experience and familiarity with Atlassian tools, PICT, and both Waterfall and Agile SDLCs.

Design and architect Identity and Access Management solutions, integrate IAM into applications, implement token-based authentication and claims-based authorization for web/mobile apps, and develop components using ASP.NET MVC/C# with Visual Studio and TFS. Serve as a technical expert troubleshooting recurring infrastructure issues and applying IAM best practices.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks. Coordinate tasks, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, prepare status reports for leadership, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met while following directions.

Maintain and update the eBIDS application to support a DB2-to-MS SQL migration. Review, analyze, modify, test, debug, and document code; update data scripts and handle major table/database changes.
