Lead Curam Database Administrator responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and performance-tuning the IBM Curam Social Industry Platform and Oracle databases. Provide 24x7 rotating after-hours support, oversee Curam data model governance and extensions, advise development/product teams, perform hands-on Oracle development, and collaborate with Oracle DBAs to manage test/staging/production environments and operations procedures.

Translate technical source materials into clear, user-friendly documentation; collaborate with SMEs; create detailed help instructions and stakeholder communications; ensure documentation accuracy and usability.

Monitor and troubleshoot service-provider networks from a NOC environment. Work with Cisco routers/switches, TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), MPLS, and optical transport (DWDM/SONET). Use network management systems, support Internet/Cloud Exchange services, perform fault isolation and service restoration, and communicate effectively with teams and customers.

Work with SMEs and BAs to develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and test data for the Child Support Enforcement System. Record, analyze, and report test results, log and reproduce defects, perform regression testing, and produce metrics and reports by extracting data from contractor tools. Participate in design and readiness reviews.

Support a migration by writing Ruby scripts to extract and move data from the existing system into a new platform. Work with MongoDB data as part of a 7-month DevOps contract based in downtown Denver.
