Design, model, and validate data warehouses and transactional databases. Perform data mapping, profiling, ETL validation, and create source-to-target documentation. Gather business requirements via JAD/JRP, produce functional specifications, diagrams, test plans, and lead UAT and testing lifecycle activities.

Manage installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux servers. Improve system stability, performance, and security; apply patches; perform tuning and hardware/resource optimization; provide Tier III support and troubleshooting; develop and maintain installation/configuration procedures and system standards.

Analyze and document data and business process requirements, design and coordinate changes to legacy mainframe modules, estimate feasibility and compatibility, produce and QA project deliverables, and support financial process analysis and modifications in a large project team environment.

Develop SharePoint-based software solutions for extranet/internet/intranet portals, build data structures, and document findings and solutions with minimal supervision.

Design and map user flows and interfaces for data-driven products. Collaborate with product and data science teams to implement front-end solutions, solicit customer feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Provide on-site and remote PC hardware and software support: install, maintain, and upgrade desktops; support Windows XP/7 and Microsoft Office; troubleshoot networking services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, print servers); perform hardware moves and upgrades; follow security basics; manage multiple priorities and complete projects independently or within a team.
