Serve as a logical DBA supporting Land, Watershed, and Air branches. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, develop ad-hoc queries and reports, ensure backups and recoverability, collaborate with third-party physical DBAs, design database functions, and work in cloud/SaaS environments. Provide systems integration, data modeling, and BI/reporting support.

Provide database administration for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL, perform SQL/T-SQL development, maintain technical documentation, and use tools including SVN, SSIS, Pentaho Kettle, and Nagios. Must obtain or hold CompTIA Security+ within four months. Requires a relevant bachelors degree or equivalent training.

Provide Tier 3 network and infrastructure support: monitor ticketing, manage file/print servers, administer clustered SQL Server, Hyper-V, Exchange/Office365/Azure, Cisco perimeter hardware, Active Directory, and remote user access (VPN/FTP). Support infrastructure and core teams, recommend policy/procedure improvements, and troubleshoot backups and SAN/SharePoint systems as needed.

Perform SAP-focused testing across the SDLC/STLC: create test scenarios, cases, and data; execute smoke, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests; log and manage defects; support UAT; ensure test artifacts meet TCOE standards and schedules.

Develop and maintain software applications and network products using C#. Identify and coordinate resolution of issues. Perform OACR (Office Audit Code Review) bug bashing to achieve compliance and complete cleanup development work.

Provide Tier I support to end users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot common computer systems and software issues, document incidents, track resolutions, and escalate when needed. Operate in a call-center environment and maintain customer service standards.

Design and implement Drupal-based web applications, translate business requirements into software architecture, participate on an Agile Scrum team, and follow Git/GitFlow and Drupal configuration management best practices.

Lead and manage program-wide data governance for the ESM program: establish roadmap and framework, improve data quality, protect sensitive data, define stewardship roles, maintain data dictionaries and schemas, set governance metrics and policies, liaise between IT and business, streamline data sources, and support reporting.

Architect and deliver SOA/integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint. Design and develop Mule ESB applications and APIs, deploy to CloudHub, manage APIs, lead POCs, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in an agile global delivery environment using Java/Node.js and cloud/datastore technologies.

Manage project risk, schedule, and budget; coordinate project activities, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and prepare status reports for management. Requires strong communication and ability to follow timelines and directions.
