Responsible for SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, ETL with SSIS, data conversion from mainframe, backup/recovery, schema/version control, indexing and query optimization, and ensuring database integrity across environments.

Develop and support PeopleSoft nVision reporting as a technical SME. Lead PeopleSoft 9.2 FMS/SCM implementations or upgrades in public sector, perform nVision development on PeopleTools 8.54+, and contribute to related EPM/OBIEE and Fluid initiatives.

Lead development and enhancement of the NCIC Electronic Document Filing Portal and related applications. Provide technical leadership, manage complex work efforts, work independently, and mentor or lead other developers.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce development on small teams, applying Salesforce best practices. Design architecture using advanced OO patterns, relational database design, packaging and deployment for releases. Troubleshoot enterprise applications and leverage experience in Java, C#, C++, or .NET. Strong communication skills and Salesforce DEV401 certification required.

Plan, execute, and close IT projects on time and within budget; coordinate agency executives, IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders; apply PM best practices (risk, change, quality); lead, mentor, and train project teams; ensure compliance with the State's project management policies and standards.
