Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and queries to support VDOT RNS/GIS systems. Convert and load initial data sets, produce reports, handle production-support tickets, implement transactional editing and archival/synchronization, populate denormalized reporting DBs, generate edit lists for manual associations, and participate in code reviews using TFS.

Develop and maintain Natural/ADABAS extract programs and reports for a child support enforcement system. Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, data analysis/profiling, and support data cleanse/create processes. Collaborate with teams and ensure accurate vendor exports and reporting. Knowledge of SharePoint, JCL, and TSO required.

Provide administrative support in a fast-paced software company: manage communications, calendars, and basic office tasks; deliver excellent customer service; use Microsoft Office and web/social tools; organize information; and learn new tools quickly. Two years administrative experience is preferred.

Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure and security projects and programs. Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables; use SUITE/PMI/SEM methodologies and PPM tools; oversee audits, governance, compliance, status reporting, and project quality assurance across enterprise IT initiatives.

Lead and execute performance testing for monthly releases and major projects. Develop test plans, realistic workload models, and performance frameworks. Monitor servers and batch jobs, provide metric-driven tuning recommendations, manage test documentation and TCOE standards, estimate and allocate resources, and enforce testing best practices across stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based applications. Participate in design and code reviews, perform on-call duties, write and test code, produce documentation, and meet project deadlines.
