Lead technical development, implementation, and support of the ECIDS portal using IBM WebSphere Portal and WCM. Support UI and mobile design, write and test code, perform system implementation and technical support, produce system and end-user documentation, and train team members and end users.

Manage and support enterprise data platforms with hands-on IBM DataStage ETL development, DW/BI lifecycle activities, SQL/PL-SQL development, and Unix/Linux scripting; develop best practices, unit tests, and perform code reviews.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oversize Permit System replacement, document Permitting Unit business processes and requirements, and translate technical and functional concepts to the development team during a 12+ month engagement.

Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications: analyze requirements, design, code, unit test, implement configuration changes, perform data access/manipulation, produce technical and user documentation, and provide production support.

Manage Curam application schema and extensions across development, test, and production. Provide Oracle DBA support, tuning, backup/recovery, and administration (including Data Guard and Oracle Enterprise suite) on AIX. Create database migration plans, develop standards and procedures, work with developers on data requirements and design, and create/modify test and production data and base schemas.

Administer and troubleshoot Primavera system; implement system changes; support full SDLC activities including business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional specifications, development, testing and delivery. Requires strong analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills.

Provide data science, data management, and integration expertise for CDHS interoperability project: document data, design integration architecture, recommend identity resolution, define data quality metrics, develop metadata, categorize data sensitivity, define APIs/workflows, and evaluate analytics platforms to create a 360° view of clients and assess program effectiveness.

Administer and configure self-hosted Jira and Confluence: create projects, design workflows, fields and permission schemes, build dashboards/reports, manage plugins/licenses, respond to support requests, and train staff.
