Manage BO components (Universe, IDT, Web Intelligence, Lumira, BW connectors), work in Microsoft/SQL Server environments, and support deployment, troubleshooting, and integrations with VMware, Tomcat, IIS, AD, and SharePoint. Collaborate with business users and follow deployment/testing methodologies.

Design, configure, and troubleshoot packet-core and wireless network components including DNS and Linux systems. Work with EPC protocols (Gx, Diameter), policy control, TCP/IP and web application interactions. Perform network and equipment configuration and Linux administration in telecom environments.

Architect end-to-end iOS mobile solutions for PennDOT, leading SDLC for native and hybrid apps. Design client-server web services, data models, and secure deployment. Triage production issues, conduct code reviews, mentor staff, and work with product owners within Agile Scrum.

Manage and monitor the Learning Gateway LMS to support content development teams. Oversee registration, notifications, training administration, assessments, and resources. Partner with developers and administrators, and may help create and deliver training to Social Services/Economic Services staff.
