Drafts, negotiates, interprets and oversees execution of legal procurement documents to secure IT products and services. Manages vendor contracts and ensures compliance. Extensive procurement experience preferred, ideally with government procurement.

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for ERP systems (Workday). Validate web applications and web services using SoapUI and XML, leverage automation frameworks and CI tools, perform performance testing, and apply QA methodology across the full SDLC to deliver high-quality software.

Recruit bilingual (Spanish/English) participants for survey and social science research in Washington DC. Coordinate and locate interview spaces, engage with Spanish-speaking communities, leverage existing community organization contacts, conduct pretesting, and manage data using Access and Excel. Requires strong cultural awareness and at least five years' relevant research experience.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications using MVC patterns and frameworks (Struts, Spring). Implement client-side features with jQuery and jQuery UI. Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Preference for local candidates for in-person interview.
