Provide high-level budgetary and accounting support including complex financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, ERP configuration and process improvements, budget development and monitoring, grant compliance, ACFR/SEFA preparation, and training stakeholders to maintain fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance.

Performs routine to moderately difficult clerical duties: data entry, filing, preparing correspondence and reports, answering phones and emails, operating office equipment, handling payments, maintaining records, and occasional driving for job functions. Provides customer service and supports departmental administration under established policies.
