Manage and execute the 10,000 Small Businesses alumni program in the U.S. South by building regional alumni relationships, planning and hosting virtual and in-person events, coordinating with site teams, managing digital community platforms and CRM, executing communications, collecting program M&E diagnostics, and supporting national program objectives and reporting.

Lead development and execution of multi-year media relations and external communications strategies to advance Babson Colleges reputation. Manage media relations, messaging, crisis communications, faculty and executive counsel, earned media measurement, agency partners, and event/press coordination to amplify institutional priorities locally, nationally, and internationally.

Qualify inbound leads, drive open-enrollment registrations, and support business development by researching prospects, managing Salesforce, executing email outreach and campaigns, collaborating with sales/marketing, and leveraging AI to increase lead identification and conversion.

Provide administrative and technical support to the Entrepreneurship division: coordinate course staffing, faculty processes, scheduling, events, travel, budgets, web and social media, supplies, and building issues. Manage student workers, faculty onboarding, part-time pay processing in Workday, and assist with recruitment and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and high customer service.

Lead enterprise AV strategy, standards, operations, and lifecycle across classrooms, collaboration spaces, and events. Manage budgets, vendors, projects, and a technical team to ensure reliable AV integrations with collaboration platforms and high-quality event support.

Lead recruitment, development, and engagement of domestic and international alumni clubs; manage volunteer portfolios, regional programming, communications, and cross-campus collaboration; support fundraising cultivation and event logistics; travel to regions and coordinate virtual and in-person events; maintain CRM tracking and reporting; provide volunteer training and stewardship; ensure culturally appropriate outreach and donor engagement.

Counsel students and parents on financial aid; perform need analysis, verification, and award aid using federal, state, and institutional methodologies; administer aid programs; ensure Title IV and state compliance; support enrollment efforts; maintain data and reporting; serve as counselor-on-duty and participate in outreach and campus events.
