Own hardware lifecycle, produce CAD/drawings, perform FEA and hand calculations, plan and run test campaigns, support cleanroom integration, mentor engineers, manage DFM/DFA, lead program reviews, mitigate technical risks, and contribute to proposals and technology roadmap.
