Associate attorney to handle all aspects of general civil litigation from the Dallas/Fort Worth office, including discovery, brief drafting, depositions, court appearances, trials, and contract review. Requires 2–6 years private practice experience; Texas bar admission required. Transportation/logistics or personal injury experience is a plus. Some travel required.

Defend California wage-and-hour class actions and FLSA collective actions with substantial responsibility across all litigation phases. Work primarily in federal court (~75%), handle case development, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Hybrid/remote options from specified offices; contributors expected to produce legal writing and collaborate with firm teams.

Defend highway accident, wrongful death, and personal injury matters in state and federal court. Handle written discovery, legal research and analysis, depositions, court appearances, and motion and briefing practice throughout case lifecycle.

Provide litigation support under attorney supervision: prepare and organize pleadings, correspondence, and electronic data; perform electronic court filings; manage document systems (NetDocuments); track dockets and multijurisdictional procedures; communicate with clients and staff; maintain confidentiality and meet tight deadlines using MS Office and timekeeping software.
