Manage end-to-end accounts payable: invoice coding, data entry, weekly payments, ACH and Positive Pay preparation, credit card reconciliations, vendor relations, cash handling, 1099 preparation, GL analyses, audit support, and related administrative tasks.

Manage daily data entry, generate and review nutrition program reports, process vendor billing and invoice reconciliation, assist grant expenditure tracking, run database reports, handle client follow-up and vendor communications, and provide administrative support to the Nutrition Director.
