Provides commercial legal counsel to three U.S. operating companies across electrical construction, telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, energy, and related projects. Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, assesses contractual and legal risks, supports claims and disputes, ensures compliance and contract flow-down, and partners with operations, procurement, finance, and project teams. Also supports contract lifecycle management systems, legal processes, templates, playbooks, and external litigation coordination.

Provides technical oversight for electrical engineering scopes on EPC and design-build projects, delivering constructable, cost-effective designs and supporting proposals, estimating, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Coordinates engineering firms, subcontractors, vendors, clients, project managers, and field teams while ensuring contractual, safety, quality, and performance requirements. Projects may include power, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and industrial systems, with periodic nationwide travel and short-term onsite assignments.

Coordinates service technicians, customer requests, project records, documentation, meetings, billing support, proposals, and communications among project managers, field personnel, customers, and vendors. Provides administrative assistance through data entry, filing, reporting, scheduling, and maintaining accurate project files and closeout records. Requires strong organization, customer service, multitasking, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Support project planning, coordination, and execution on-site for electrical/construction projects: track schedules, costs, documents, RFIs/submittals, procurement, field support, change management, financial reporting, client/stakeholder communication, meetings, and closeout while promoting safety and mentoring junior staff.

Provide project controls support for assigned projects including establishing baseline budgets and schedules, organizing estimate documentation in the ERP, monitoring cost deviations, substantiating change orders and claims, coordinating with accounting and stakeholders, forecasting phased revenue, and managing ERP job closure processes.

Provide project controls support including establishing baseline scope, budgets, cost coding, ERP setup, monitoring cost deviations, supporting change orders/claims, maintaining risk registers, participating in billing and job closure, and customizing project control systems for assigned construction projects.
