Support Project Manager by supervising commercial/industrial electrical construction activities, handling document control, change estimates, field progress updates, preconstruction and workface planning, and using Viewpoint, Primavera, Accubid and Bluebeam to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with company procedures.

Provide administrative and project support for commercial/industrial electrical projects including risk management, documentation, communication, quality assurance, invoicing, logistics, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, warehouse and fleet, and customers to ensure schedules, cashflow, and project records are maintained.

Provide project controls support including establishing baseline scope, budgets, cost coding, ERP setup, monitoring cost deviations, supporting change orders/claims, maintaining risk registers, participating in billing and job closure, and customizing project control systems for assigned construction projects.

Support construction project execution via coordination, documentation, submittal/RFI management, procurement and scheduling assistance, field observation, estimating support, and general technical and administrative support to ensure safe, accurate, and timely project completion.

Provide commercial legal support across project lifecycles for three U.S. operating companies: draft, review, and negotiate construction, EPC, and supply agreements; identify and mitigate contractual risks; support claims, disputes, and compliance; partner with operations, procurement, finance, and project teams; and improve contract management and legal operations processes and tools.

Provide project controls support for assigned projects: establish baselines, maintain budgets and ERP job data, monitor cost deviations and risks, prepare change order substantiation, coordinate with accounting and stakeholders, and support revenue projections and job closure.
