Provide confidential, proactive administrative support to senior leadership in the Washington, DC office. Manage complex calendars, travel, expense and A/P processes, meeting materials and follow-ups, event planning, vendor relations, and cross‑functional coordination. Support strategic projects, maintain reports/board materials, handle inquiries, and provide backup coverage for the EA team while adhering to safety and company policies.

Prepare and post monthly journal entries, invoices, revenue and intercompany settlements for U.S. thermal and renewable assets; perform reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, budgeting, and process improvements while partnering with operations.

Support evaluation and execution of M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities across generation, renewables, storage, and emerging technologies. Build and maintain financial models and valuations (DCF, scenario analysis), coordinate due diligence, review commercial and financial risks, assist with transaction documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through to close.
