Provide outstanding customer service, greet and check in range customers, convert customers to purchases, manage firearm rental and compliance (Form 4473, background checks), maintain range timers, assist ecommerce pickups, and stay current on products and promotions.

Provide outstanding customer service and convert customers to buyers by recommending products and services. Handle range check-in, firearm rental compliance, Form 4473/background checks, communicate with Range Safety Officers, maintain product knowledge, support ecommerce order picking, and work flexible store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage high-volume inbound calls and help desk tickets, identify customer needs, research issues, provide resolutions, issue credits/return authorizations, resolve complaints, act as liaison between stores and customers, and work rotating weekends/evenings while maintaining accuracy and satisfaction.
