Lead HR generalist functions for multiple manufacturing facilities, supervising HR Business Partners. Drive leadership development, performance management, retention, employee and labor relations, and consistent HR policy implementation. Manage coaching/counseling, compliance, training, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support business results and a union-free environment.

Lead operational FP&A for the Advanced Alloys & Solutions segment, driving forecasting, annual and long-range planning, capex analysis, working capital optimization, and profitability improvements. Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and finance leaders to standardize processes, deliver financial reporting, build models, support strategic investments, and mentor finance teams. Manage heavy travel initially to understand plant operations and influence executive decision-making.

Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap, partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to deliver HRIS, payroll, talent, LMS and workforce management solutions. Manage intake, requirements, projects, vendor/managed service governance, testing, deployments, change management, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
