Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for forged products: prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, coordinate cross-functional communication (engineering, production, quality, planning), forecast orders and shipments, resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies, conduct plant visits, and support commercial initiatives to meet ATI and customer objectives.

Support contract administration, prepare and submit quotations, track orders through shipment, assist with sales forecasting and reporting, maintain customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality, logistics, and invoicing issues, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned energy accounts.

Lead alloy and process development for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems. Design experiments, analyze microstructure and properties (SEM, EBSD, XRD, thermal analysis), scale lab-to-plant transitions, draft technical reports, support IP and patents, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.

Lead PLM and digital engineering initiatives to integrate systems, optimize product lifecycle processes, harmonize data, automate workflows, and enable cross-functional teams using Siemens PLM and CAD/CAM tools.

Lead alloy and process development projects for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems and powder/AM routes. Design experiments, analyze microstructure and properties (SEM, EBSD, XRD, thermal analysis), scale lab-to-plant processes, draft technical reports, support IP/patents, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.

Lead facility-level manufacturing cost accounting: develop and maintain rates, perform month-end close, reconcile inventory and variances, generate financial reports, support budgeting and capital project ROI, partner with operations to drive cost savings and continuous improvement.

Drive improvements in equipment OEE through TPM implementation, CMMS (Infor EAM) administration, preventive and predictive maintenance expansion, training/mentoring, and leading reliability initiatives (FMEA, RCA, spare parts and life-cycle analyses).
