Lead commercial activities for ATI Forged Products: manage key accounts, develop market strategies, negotiate contracts, resolve commercial issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, support quoting and technical discussions, and drive sales growth across aerospace, energy, oil & gas, and industrial markets.

Lead a small FP&A team to manage profitability through short- and long-range forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash projections, SEC filing support, capital expenditure reviews, strategic planning, executive presentations, process standardization, and ad-hoc business performance analyses.

Manage contract administration, prepare quotations, track orders to shipment, support sales forecasting and reporting, coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality, logistics, and invoicing issues, and maintain customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction for assigned energy accounts.

Develop and apply process and FEA models to predict and improve manufacturing of specialty alloys. Support model validation via testing, communicate results, propose projects for quality/cost improvements, and collaborate across R&D and manufacturing with periodic plant visits. Provide hands-on accounting and finance support including duty drawback documentation, monthly close tasks, cost accounting and inventory analysis, FP&A budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, reporting, compliance/internal audit assistance, and ad hoc financial projects.

Administer end-to-end payroll using ADP and UKG Kronos, including union and non-union payrolls. Ensure accurate calculations, deductions, compliance with SOX and regulations, perform audits and reconciliations, resolve employee payroll issues, coordinate with HRIS/Benefits, and identify process improvements while providing ad hoc reporting.

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the Specialty Alloys & Components business unit. Create written and video content, manage digital and social channels, support crisis and community relations, partner with leadership on change communications, measure channel effectiveness, and engage employees as brand ambassadors.

Provide administrative support to the metallurgical engineering team, including documentation, scheduling, recordkeeping, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Support daily office functions to enable engineering projects and team productivity.

Manage and maintain pricing structures, surcharges, and LTAs; track and forecast scrap buy-back and pricing differences; maintain pricing portals and workbooks; support audits, risk management (hedging), and cross-functional initiatives to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.

Lead complex accounting activities including month‑end/year‑end close, financial statement preparation, SOX and audit support, ASC 842 lease accounting, tax reporting, process improvements, ad‑hoc analysis, and mentoring junior staff to support plant and corporate finance alignment.
