Lead and mature ATI's enterprise applications function, stabilize Oracle EBS and PSIMetals through UAT/go-live/hyper care, manage Accenture managed services, coordinate ERP/MES/LIMS/analytics integrations, build delivery discipline, SDLC and governance, and drive long-term ERP strategy and operating model improvements.

Perform financial, operational, compliance, and SOX 404 audits; execute audit programs and testing; document processes and prepare audit workpapers and draft reports; identify risks and recommend improvements; coordinate with external auditors and follow up on corrective actions. Up to 25% travel.

Support contract administration, prepare and submit quotations, track orders through shipment, assist with sales forecasting and reporting, maintain customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality, logistics, and invoicing issues, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned energy accounts.

Lead and develop a melt process engineering team to ensure titanium melting process compliance, drive continuous improvement and melt process qualifications, transfer best practices across facilities, and provide technical guidance to operators, leadership, and customers.

Provide HR business partner and labor relations support for manufacturing operations. Advise leaders on performance management, grievance/disciplinary matters, collective bargaining administration, workforce planning, training, process improvements, hiring, and HR analytics. Build relationships with plant and union leadership and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements and related processes.

Work cross-functionally to develop ML solutions for material properties and manufacturing processes. Map and clean data from multiple sources, build predictive and optimization models, apply deep learning (including image methods and generative models), and collaborate with business SMEs to deploy data-driven improvements.

Lead alloy and process development for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems. Design experiments, analyze microstructure and properties (SEM, EBSD, XRD, thermal analysis), scale lab-to-plant transitions, draft technical reports, support IP and patents, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
