Builds, maintains, and reports integrated, resource- and cost-loaded portfolio schedules using InEight. Supports project managers with baseline plans, progress updates, S-curves, resource/cost loading, critical path and risk analysis, revenue forecasting, QA of scheduling deliverables, and schedule-driven cost control and recovery planning.

Coordinate and support construction projects by assisting project managers with scheduling, submittals, shop drawing reviews, material ordering, cost tracking, reporting, site visits, and safety/compliance to meet project budgets and timelines.

Provide project engineering support for marine dredging projects: develop bid packages, estimate and track costs, procure materials and subcontractors, interpret plans, schedule work, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support project close-out while coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and suppliers.

Manage heavy civil/marine construction projects: prepare bids, estimate costs, procure materials, schedule and oversee project work, ensure safety/compliance, coordinate with teams and clients to complete projects on time and within budget.

Operate and maintain engines, motors, and onboard equipment on a dredge. Inspect machinery, stand engine-room watches, perform repairs, maintain logbooks and parts inventory, monitor fuel and gauges, train crew, correct safety issues, and support regulatory and company safety programs. Work closely with Chief Engineer and Captains and obtain Tankerman license within one year. Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, 12-hour days.
