Leads all company operations at a customer industrial site, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, environmental compliance, financial performance, documentation, customer relationships, process controls, and strategic initiatives. Manages KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, sustainability projects, and team accountability while ensuring compliance with ISO and EHS standards.

Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, staff supervision, carrier coordination, performance metrics, process improvement, and compliance with safety and shipping regulations.
