Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, staff supervision, carrier coordination, performance metrics, process improvement, and compliance with safety and shipping regulations.

Design and develop tooling, test equipment, and machinery for automotive/conveyance projects; integrate mechanical designs into production and test environments; support installations, coordinate with vendors and controls engineers, manage projects to budget and schedule, perform analysis, testing, and reporting, and ensure compliance with EHS and ISO quality standards.

Provide on-site office administrative support at a manufacturing site: manage filing, phones, invoicing, purchasing, payroll data entry, inventory, KPI and safety reporting, coordinate employee activities, and support management projects while maintaining EHS and quality standards.

Manage and deliver industrial construction projects for customer sites, including quoting, planning, execution, profitability, safety and customer relations. Lead field crews, vendors and subcontractors, prepare status reports, forecast manpower needs, and ensure compliance with EHS and ISO quality standards.

Provide on-site office administrative support for a manufacturing site: manage filing, phone screening, invoices, billing, payroll support, inventory, KPI and safety reporting, coordinate employee activities, and support management projects using Microsoft Office.

Serve as site-level finance lead supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, accounts payable/receivable, billing, purchasing, fixed asset and lease management, KPI reporting, compliance with ISO standards, and continuous improvement for a primarily remote role with ~10% travel.
