Provide administrative and accounting support to the CFO and Finance department: manage correspondence, schedule and clerk meetings, maintain documents and procedures, process accounts receivable and cash receipts in SAP and Sage, support pension plan payment processing and meeting minutes, assist audits, maintain finance forms, and perform other finance-related administrative duties.

Supports the Procurement Department by maintaining the contracts database, routing and executing contracts, verifying insurance compliance, supporting the small business/DBE program, preparing reports, issuing purchase orders, performing contract file audits, and providing clerical and administrative procurement support.
