Provide accounts payable and business support for the Cloud Business Division: process purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, customer billing, vendor/customer registration, quotations, and resale projects. Coordinate with procurement, accounting, legal, vendors, and business teams to resolve order, lead-time, and shipment issues.

Plan, execute, and improve international air and ocean freight operations. Monitor shipments, coordinate with ports/terminals and partners, manage documentation and customs compliance, handle exceptions and claims, track KPIs, support warehouse and TL dispatch operations, and drive process improvements to reduce transit time and cost.

Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare and review financial statements, manage retail and distribution accounting (chargebacks, inventory, COGS), support audits and GAAP compliance, monitor cash flow and working capital, supervise accounting staff, and improve ERP workflows and reporting automation for a multi-brand distribution business.

Provide bilingual (Korean/English) first-line IT support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems, maintain records and KB articles, install/configure software and OS, perform routine maintenance, and train end-users while collaborating with other IT teams.

Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, and maintenance: select vendors, negotiate contracts, process POs, resolve invoicing issues, track transactions, generate reports, train users, and support month-end close. Regular bilingual (Korean/English) communication with HQ and vendors required.
