Lead a sales team to drive B2C revenue for premium heating/cooling mattress products. Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, territory sales growth, relationship-based selling, demonstrations, proposals, after-sales support, and marketing strategy (digital and offline). Lead strategic planning and business development by preparing analytics-ready datasets, supporting model scoring and reporting, developing long-range goals, analyzing pricing/customer needs, and creating financial forecasts and executive reports.

Provide SAP MM functional consulting, configure ECC/HANA systems, support SAP Logistics processes, manage integrations (IDoc/RFC/EDI), troubleshoot/ABAP debug, train and support end users, and report on system performance while liaising with HQ and providing on-call support.

Perform general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and daily cash/credit transactions. Prepare balance sheets, assist budget preparation, ensure GAAP compliance, resolve accounting queries, and complete month-end close duties.

Provide technical support and administration for manufacturing systems (MES), servers, and SQL reporting. Develop and implement system improvements, troubleshoot integrations with PLCs, produce bilingual English/Korean reports and documentation, train end users, and support major system implementations and IT infrastructure.

Manage and monitor product movement across air, ocean, and land; track shipments, liaise daily with customers and carriers, report KPIs, maintain logistics records, analyze cost-effective transport methods, coordinate site operations, and produce ad-hoc and monthly performance reports.
