Supervise children and staff in before- and after-school programs, assist the Program Manager with daily operations, develop and implement programming, ensure regulatory compliance, coach and mentor staff, collaborate with families and providers, and maintain child safety and positive social-emotional development.

Provide piano accompaniment for classes, rehearsals, concerts, and festivals; lead choral warm-ups and sight-reading; assist teachers with classroom management, lesson prep, clerical duties, music library management, sectional rehearsals, concert preparation and coordination, and occasional chaperoning. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Manage and develop MS/HS athletic and after-school programs—hire, train, supervise coaches and staff; ensure CHSAA and school policy compliance; oversee budgets, scheduling, facilities, equipment inventory, travel logistics, events, and student eligibility; communicate with families and community; support school culture and safety; plan awards and annual program evaluations.
