Temporary full-time operations role covering maternity leave to lead planning and execution of an international conference. Manage venue, vendors, registration, travel/visa logistics, run-of-show, communications, and post-event reconciliation. Provide programmatic support on grant invoicing, contracts, research, and project documentation. Maintain CRM and SaaS platforms, assist with administrative tasks, scheduling across time zones, and light financial coordination. Role is remote with 1-2 days/week in-person collaboration in Washington, DC (Aug–Dec 2026).
