Configure and debug STP, EtherChannels, routing, ACLs, HSRP, VPNs, NAT, contexts, failover and policies. Monitor device health and logs using SolarWinds, Kiwi, Cacti and CatTools, perform IPS log analysis and IP block/whitelist actions, and coordinate vendor support.

Work as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise document management lifecycle implementation. Requires FileNet expertise and collaboration with PMs, architects, developers, SMEs, and operations. Produce documentation and process diagrams using Visio and PowerPoint, and contribute positively in a cross-functional team to deliver ECM solutions.
