The role owns market execution, key account planning, budgets, promotions, competitive updates, and business development while collaborating with distributors, agency partners, and internal commercial teams.

Coordinates import, export, and Foreign Trade Zone transactions while ensuring compliance with CBP, FDA, and international trade requirements. Prepares customs documentation, classifies goods, calculates duties, maintains records and master data, audits entries, manages inventory admissions and transfers, and communicates with customs officials, brokers, carriers, and clients. Supports customs software accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and drives continuous improvement.

Lead Bacardi’s global SOX program, overseeing governance, planning, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, reporting, and auditor relationships. Responsibilities include income tax filings, tax provisions, financial reporting, estimated payments, indirect tax support, transfer pricing, tax audits, tax research, SOX documentation, and process automation. The role also coaches Tax Seniors and partners with finance, legal, HR, shared services, and external advisors.

Develop and execute PATRÓN’s U.S. integrated media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. Manage media agencies, budgets, omnichannel campaigns, performance optimization, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Translate brand strategy, consumer insights, and data into full-funnel media plans that improve effectiveness, efficiency, conversion, and brand growth.

Leads Bacardi’s Massachusetts on-premise sales execution, primarily across Boston. Manages approximately 25 key accounts, develops customer and market strategies, owns sales targets and KPIs, manages budgets and promotional investments, and builds distributor and hospitality relationships. Provides market leadership, coaching, and direction to distributor Brand Development Managers and Bacardi Brand Ambassadors while coordinating activations, account visits, and cross-functional commercial initiatives. Drives profitable growth through customer engagement, presentations, business consulting, and competitive market intelligence.
