Perform short-circuit, arc-flash and power studies, size transformers/cables/feeds, review drawings/specs, support plant troubleshooting, assist project proposals, and coordinate with clients, contractors and other engineering disciplines. Provide on-site support for turnarounds and startups; develop budgets and select electrical components.

Support high-volume accounts payable across four business units: validate, process, and enter ~500 invoices/week (SAP VIM or SAP), respond to vendor/internal inquiries, reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor master data, support payments, reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Manage month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, customer credit evaluations, AR aging and collections, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance to resolve disputes, optimize cash flow, support audits, and drive process improvements and ERP/finance transformation initiatives.
