Develop and implement J2EE web applications using Java and Spring on WebSphere. Participate in full lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, performance tuning, deployment, production support, and mentor junior developers.

Own change management, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, perform monitoring, on-call support, troubleshooting, and assist functional testing and release activities while driving process improvements.

Designs and manages multiple Active Directory forests and domains for a large, distributed enterprise. Administers DNS, WINS, DHCP, PKI; configures Group Policy to secure Windows infrastructure; develops complex PowerShell scripts; leads domain consolidations/migrations and works with vendors (Microsoft/NetIQ) on AD assessments and architecture. Acts as SME, defines technical standards, and troubleshoots at an architect level while collaborating with nationwide engineering teams.

Manage application and system implementation projects from initiation through close using formal PM methodology. Develop plans, schedules, estimates, track metrics, run meetings, document minutes and lessons learned, post project documents to SharePoint, and oversee client relations. Support business outcome delivery, recommend technical solutions, and adhere to PMI standards.

Manage and administer RACF security on mainframe systems: create and disable user IDs/groups/profiles, use ISPF/TSO, run SMF reporting, perform RACF database consolidation, and use Vanguard and related tools. Support mainframe certificate, Connect:Direct and FTP services; analyze data in Excel. Oracle Identity Manager knowledge is a plus.

Design and lead Salesforce implementations as an architect, delivering Force.com solutions, custom Apex/Visualforce development, portals/communities, integrations and ETL. Responsible for technical architecture, secure web service integrations, relational database design, and mentoring implementation teams.

Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (2008/2012) using advanced T-SQL to write stored procedures, views, and triggers. Build and deploy SSIS packages and SSRS reports. Perform database administration, performance tuning, security, and use SQL Profiler and Visual Studio Data Compare. Work collaboratively within a team.

Develop and maintain enterprise-class Java/J2EE n-tier web applications using Spring, Hibernate, Struts and major Java APIs. Build and consume web services (REST/SOAP), integrate messaging (MQ), follow CI and TDD practices, produce technical design and build documentation, and participate in Agile Scrum delivery.
