Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data warehouse and DW/BI solutions in healthcare. Provide strategic consultation, design ETL/reporting architectures, enforce data governance/MDM, mentor teams, and ensure alignment across enterprise architecture and projects through SDLC.

Develop and maintain .NET/C# applications (v3.5+), work with Informatica ETL and Crystal Reports, and interact with Oracle (calls/stored procedures). Must operate onsite in Reston for a finance-domain contract (9+ months). ASP.NET/WinForms and loan-application experience are beneficial. Requires GC or US citizenship.

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support and maintenance of medium-to-large web-based systems. Develop web solutions using .NET (ASP, C#), HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL stored procedures, and lead technical/business teams to deliver solutions.

Support business case development; plan and monitor project activities; elicit, organize, analyze, translate, and simplify requirements; manage and communicate requirements to stakeholders.

Lead ER/Studio data architecture and modeling efforts: build/maintain macros, standardize domains and metadata, synchronize models with physical databases, enforce naming/versioning standards, document and support modelers and DB engineering for BI and data integration.

Implement and configure Adobe AEM/CQ5, develop OSGi bundles, design and build web applications, create/consume REST/SOAP services, work with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts), support CI/CD and automated testing, participate in architecture definition and Agile team ceremonies, and manage source control and deployments.

Implement, maintain, and support enterprise messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 and Lync 2010/2013. Manage high-availability Exchange features (DAG, CAS arrays, load balancers, UM, BES), enterprise archiving (Symantec Enterprise Vault), and email protection/management tools (Proofpoint, Mimecast). Collaborate with stakeholders and apply messaging best practices; relevant certifications are a plus.

Design, configure, provision and support State of Colorado public safety IP/MPLS network (microwave, DTR) handling voice, data, video and cloud. Work in a service-provider environment with MPLS/VRFs/BGP, TACACS+/AAA, VMware cloud and Linux. Perform network planning, peering, NMS/OSS, DDoS monitoring/mitigation, use Wireshark and Splunk/elastic logging, and support Cisco, Juniper, Coriant and Aviat platforms. Flexible schedule including on-call.

Design and develop Java EE web applications and SOA-based integrations. Build and tune web services using Spring, Apache CXF, JAXB, JMS, EJB on WebLogic. Create reusable architecture, components and frameworks. Work with SQL/stored procedures and Oracle Enterprise Service Bus for enterprise integration.

Provide L1/L2 administration and support for IBM Cognos BI: maintain environment health, manage services, perform deployments to QA/PROD, handle user access requests, troubleshoot and perform root-cause fixes, develop automation scripts for deployment and maintenance, execute capacity and license tracking, and support incident and problem management for ETL/BI tools.
