Provide desktop support: troubleshoot and repair PC/laptop hardware and software, perform PC imaging, installations, moves, and handle physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs). Role begins as a 3-month contract with intent to convert to full-time.

Lead performance testing: plan, create test data, develop and execute performance test plans and scripts, analyze results, recommend tools/process improvements, manage cross-location teams, and deliver readiness/status and post-implementation reviews.

Lead PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade (9.1→9.2) and support projects for FSCM and HCM. Manage multi-track, multi-location teams (60+), full project lifecycle (initiation through closure), risk/stakeholder/communication/cost management, test automation and performance testing, reporting, and client-facing communications to ensure successful delivery for energy & utility customers.

Manage and implement paid search media plans across Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter and Kenshoo. Produce campaign development, budget management, performance tracking, reporting, vendor coordination and RFPs. Analyze results, derive insights, optimize direct-response campaigns, and manage a senior associate SEM analyst while interfacing directly with clients and stakeholders.

Serve as a functional SME to support and evolve Oracle EBS HCM and Payroll modules (HR, Payroll, ESS/MSS). Provide application support, participate in requirements and UAT definition, resolve test issues, and produce documentation to transition from ST to UAT. Engage users with strong customer service, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Administer and support Team Foundation Server 2013 and Microsoft Project Server: installation, configuration, patching, backup/recovery, process template editing, custom reporting, build and release management, CI optimization, branching/source control, build controllers/agents, deployment packaging, production monitoring, training users, and collaborating with IT to standardize development processes.
